InstaDPR is a brand of SAJA Associates, Plot No 63, Hari Nagar, Kanker Khera, near Taxila Public School, Shradhapuri Phase 1, Meerut, Uttar Pradesh 250001. These terms apply to every scheme report ordered through InstaDPR.

1. Services Rendered

InstaDPR provides digital project report preparation, financial modeling, and advisory documentation to support commercial loan and government subsidy submissions. Our services do not guarantee loan sanction, which remains at the sole credit discretion of lending banks and government committees.

2. User Responsibilities & Truthfulness

You agree that all applicant figures, machinery quotations, address records, and financial estimates submitted via scheme application forms are accurate and bona fide.

3. Payment & Taxes

The fee for each scheme is shown on its page and includes 18% Goods and Services Tax (GST) under SAC Code 998311. Payment is made by Unified Payments Interface (UPI) once the report is ready.

4. Intellectual Property & Usage Rights

Upon settlement of the verified payment, the client receives a non-exclusive license to use the delivered Detailed Project Report and CMA financial model for credit submission, subsidy filing, and internal corporate records.

5. Revisions

For every scheme, a maximum of 3 revisions to a delivered report is allowed free of charge within 90 days of delivery, whichever limit is reached first. After that, each further revision is charged at 50% of the applicable scheme fee.
