We process data strictly for preparing Detailed Project Reports (DPR), financial models, statutory GST invoicing, and communicating with you regarding your request status.

When you register and submit project report applications on InstaDPR, we collect:

  • Identity & Contact: Name, mobile number, email address, enterprise trade name.
  • Commercial Information: Proposed project activity, plant & machinery estimates, term loan requirements, office address.
  • Transactional Records: 12-digit UPI Transaction Reference (UTR) numbers and payment confirmation slips.

3. Purpose and Legal Basis of Processing

Your personal data is processed solely on the basis of explicit user consent provided at registration and submission, for the following specified purposes:

  • Drafting and tailoring your bank-grade project report and CMA statements.
  • Enabling interactive real-time messaging between you and the assigned financial team.
  • Generating statutory GST tax invoices as required under Indian taxation law.

4. Storage & Data Security

All uploaded quotation PDFs, generated DPRs, and financial models are stored in encrypted, private cloud buckets. File access is restricted via time-limited, cryptographically signed URLs available only to verified authenticated account holders.

5. Your Rights Under DPDP Act 2023

As a Data Principal, you have the right to:

  • Access a summary of your personal data being processed.
  • Request correction, updating, or completion of your business data.
  • Request deletion of your account and files, subject to statutory tax retention periods.
  • Nominate a representative in case of incapacity.
