Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Nature of Advisory Services

InstaDPR produces customized, bespoke Detailed Project Reports (DPRs) and financial models tailored to each applicant's specific business parameters, capital expenditures, and target government schemes. Because report preparation involves expert financial computation and manual review by our team, our refund policies are outlined below.

2. Cancellations Before Processing

If you wish to cancel an order before our analysis team has begun drafting your report (status remains in “Application Received”), you may request a cancellation via in-app chat or by emailing support@instadpr.in. Eligible pre-processing cancellations are issued a 100% refund or platform credit.

3. Revision Policy in Lieu of Refunds

If your lending bank or DIC office requests adjustments to loan schedules, machinery line items, or DSCR assumptions, we revise the report. A maximum of 3 revisions is free within 90 days of delivery, whichever limit is reached first; after that, each revision is charged at 50% of the applicable scheme fee.

4. Completed Deliverables

Once a finalized Detailed Project Report has been compiled, previewed, and delivered to the user dashboard following payment settlement, fee payments are non-refundable. Revisions after delivery follow the revision policy above.

5. Erroneous / Double Payments

If you mistakenly submitted multiple UPI payments for the same reference number or request ID, excess funds will be verified against banking records and refunded back to your originating VPA/account within 2 to 3 business days.
